Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period of 14 days begins on the day on which you — or a third party named by you who is not the carrier — have taken possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period has expired.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will carry out this reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

4. Return Costs & Free Return Label

Returns within Germany are free of charge.

A pre-paid DHL return label is included with every shipment. Simply pack the item securely and drop it off at any DHL Parcel Shop.

If you are returning goods from outside Germany, you will bear the direct cost of return shipping.
