1. Access Data & Hosting

When you visit our website, our web server automatically records access data in so-called server log files. This includes your IP address, the page requested, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the referring URL. This data is processed exclusively for operational purposes — to ensure the stability and security of the website — and is deleted after a short period. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests). We do not use this data to draw conclusions about you personally.

2. Contact Form & Email Contact

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the information you provide (name, email address, message) will be stored exclusively to process your enquiry and to answer any follow-up questions. This data is not passed on to third parties without your consent. After the enquiry has been fully resolved, the data will be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests in responding to enquiries).

3. Order Processing & Customer Account

When you place an order or create a customer account, we collect and process the personal data you provide (name, address, email, phone, payment details) in order to fulfil the contract — including processing your order, delivering goods, and providing customer service. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract). Data required by law (e.g. invoices) is retained for the statutory period (typically 10 years under German commercial law).

4. Payment Processing

To process payments, your relevant payment data is passed to the respective payment service provider (e.g. PayPal, Klarna, Stripe). These providers process your data under their own privacy policies and in compliance with applicable data protection law. We do not store full payment card details on our systems. The legal basis for passing data to payment providers is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfilment). Where fraud prevention measures are applied, the legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests).

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) — You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — You can request deletion of your data where no legal retention obligation applies. • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) — You can request that we restrict the processing of your data under certain conditions. • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) — You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format. • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) — You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at: ninje.ibrahim@gmail.com
